I’ve got a confession to make.
I have very little discipline.
Case in point, I suck at taking supplements or vitamins.
I can’t seem to be able to take them for more than a few days in a row before forgetting about them entirely.
And the thing about supplements is that you have to be diligent. You’ve got to take them daily for a few months for anything to happen.
If you don’t, nothing will happen.
I know this, because when I tried taking supplements such as lysine and zinc for my cold sores, I failed miserably. It didn’t take a week before I fell off the supplement train.
Of course, because of this I didn’t get any herpes fighting benefits because I never gave them the chance to accumulate in my system.
So instead of fighting against my lazy disposition, I just don’t take any.
Yes, that includes lysine as well, the staple cure for cold sores.
And yet, despite that, I rarely (if ever) get cold sores any more.
How can that be?
Simple. I make sure that I eat a healthy diet. That way there’s always plenty of naturally occurring lysine for my body to make use of in the foods that I eat.
That way I don’t even need a supplement.
But that’s not all. Because frankly the lysine that you do consume in your food is probably more natural than the lab made lysine in capsules you buy at the grocery store.
And that goes for a whole lot more to, not just lysine; vitamins, minerals, you name it.
So if you eat the right way, you’ll never need to take supplements because you’ll already be giving your body everything it needs (mostly).
And if you need to be taking supplements in the first place, that probably means that your diet is lacking. I mean why else would they call them “supplements”?
The solution is simple though.
Because my ebook Cold Sore Control teaches you exactly how to eat so your body has everything it needs to fight off cold sores:
Or, you can keep taking 10 different supplements each day and hope that you don’t forget any…
